I'm a Canadian expat and digital nomad currently based in Porto, Portugal. I partner with founders and early-stage startups in the mindfulness, wellbeing, and holistic health sectors to rapidly develop ideas, build cohesive visual identities, and design intuitive user experiences using agile and design thinking methodologies.

I'm also the founder of SYNC, an app helping expats and digital nomads discover events and build real friendships in new cities — and an AI trainer helping refine how AI tools design for real human experiences.

Beyond the screen, I'm a run coach, yoga instructor, and mindfulness events facilitator, creating communal spaces for digital nomads and expats to connect IRL.
