Awaken the Light within you and prepare for the upcoming Spring season at Healing House.
As we move through the seasonal transitions of renewal, Emilie Wong, yoga instructor & Reiki practitioner will guide you through a grounding meditation and intention setting, before we begin an immersive light and sound journey using flickering light and a cosmic soundscape with binaural beats to broaden your awareness.
What you can expect
Guided Meditation
A guided, seated meditation to ground the body in space safely and open the ceremony to the light and sound healing journey.
Light & Sound Journey
Lay down comfortably and enjoy Audiovisual Entrainment (AVE) using flickering light and a cosmic soundscape to reset your nervous system and relax your mind.
Yoga Nidra & Massage
The final step to relaxation & recovery: receive a luxurious yoga massage and guided yoga nidra session focusing presently on the body and breath.

Grounding Meditation: 15 minutes
BE LIGHT session (light and sound frequency session): 20 minutes
Yogic Sleep/Nidra/Meditation + Yoga massage: 30 minutes
Closing & re-integration: 15 minutes
