Meditation & Productivity Workshop

As we look forward to the beginning of Spring and longer days of sunlight, prep the body physically, mentally and emotionally, with this structured meditation journey to find inspirational energy, relieve chronic fatigue, and create an organized system to enhance daily productivity.

This 60-minute workshop is designed in two parts, where participants will explore different techniques to release tension, reduce stress, and develop methods for self-care through breathwork, yin yoga poses, and mindfulness techniques.

Part One will be a seated journaling exploration while incorporating positive visualization cues, creative writing prompts, and a quiet, seated meditation. The option to share within partners is available.

Part Two will include mindful movement patterns, exploring the hip and ankle joints – our point of mobility and locomotion, using a variety of Yin yoga poses to lengthen connective tissue, enhance our immune system, and improve range of motion, in addition to help repair scar tissue, eliminate toxins, and cultivate balance from our active Yang lifestyles.

Be prepared to unpack the mental blockages from the Winter and walk away bursting with creative energy, rejuvenation, and a Zen sense of calm.

Mats and props to be provided. Participants to bring water bottle, pen and paper or journal.
