It is of Buddhist and Tibetan origin, meaning “rebirth.” It is a karmic lifecycle where rebirth as transformation follows death.
Do I have to be an artist to work with you?
Absolutely not! I have worked with a variety of clients who range from having some artistic experience to none at all. You do not have to be an artist or have any prior experience in art-making to work with me. I do ask for an open-mind to explore the depths of your inner creativity.
Are your workshops appropriate for beginners?
Absolutely! All of my workshop offerings are provided to all levels of creators, meditators, and movers and are beginner-friendly! Unless stated as an advanced course, you may assume that all workshops are facilitated for all levels of learners.
What makes your workshops different from other wellness facilitators?
Great question! While I know there are many workshops offered by many talented and unique wellness practitioners, what you can expect from my workshops are a realistic application to a busy, and creative working lifestyle. Whether in design, tech, marketing, finance, or co-working space, I have worked with a variety of clients in dynamic and forward- moving industries and understand how wellness can play an integral part of building team morale, trust, creativity and performance. I incorporate mindfulness with creative visualization, playfulness with curiosity, and art-making with close behavioural awareness of movement, breath, and attitude.
